You don't really need a Passport to go to the Moon. Nobody really like, OWNS the moon or anything.
I mean, ok, there are some people or countries that claim to, but nobodys doing anything with it.
I'm sure nobody would notice if you just... went there. However, you would need a Spaceship to travel there.
